Cities & Tourism

Manage all your city tours from a single platform

The website is just the beginning

Eguide's booking management interface, featuring an overview of a tour reservation, navigation tabs, booking totals, and customer contact information.

Planning begins after the application is submitted

A group books a city walking tour in various languages. Next, the participants need to be divided into groups, guides need to be found, and locations need to be confirmed.

When the website, email inbox, and guide schedule are separate from one another, the same information has to be entered over and over again.

In Eguide, the request, groups, languages, guides, and practical arrangements all remain linked to the same booking. This way, your team can see what’s already been arranged and what still needs attention.

From a quote to a confirmed reservation

Group Reservations in Multiple Languages

A single booking can consist of multiple groups. For each group, you specify the number of participants, the language, and a dedicated guide.

This is ideal, for example, for international schools, companies, and tour groups that arrive at the same time but do not all take the same guided tour.

If the group composition changes, Eguide will recalculate how many guides are needed and what the applicable rates are.

Tickets in addition to custom requests

For scheduled activities, you work with specific times and available ticket capacity. Visitors can reserve free spots or purchase paid tickets online.

Private tours and group activities can be booked directly or you can request a quote first. Every private booking is reviewed by your team before it is finalized.

Recognizing Bookings from Partners

A booking can be linked to a registered reseller, such as a hotel, travel agent, or other sales partner.

This way, it remains clear which partner the booking came from, and that partner can be included in the financial follow-up.
