What payment methods do you accept?

Your customers can pay with Visa, Mastercard, debit cards etc. We will connect your system with a payment gateway. Ofcourse, you can also work with a regular invoice and simple wire tranfers or cash payments.

Will e-guide work with my existing website?

Yes. You actually have 3 options:

  1. You can add a link to your existing website, leading your customers to your e-guide booking page.
  2. You can ask your current web builder to integrate e-guide into your website using our API. Then you get full integration. Ask us for a quote to use the API.
  3. We build your customized website with a convenient CMS, including the full e-guide integration and hosting.
Can you make our front website?

Yes, you can ask us to build a unique & customized website. We will build your website with a user friendly CMS and a full integration of all the tours you choose to publish. Example https://gentsegidsen.be

Can you give an example of commission fee per booking?

We go to great lengths to provide you with excellent service. In return, we charge a fixed price. You can see our pricing on the price page.

Do we have to pay for the guides accounts?

No, guides join for free. You can register as many guides as you wish on the platform.

How many administrators can use the platform?

That is unlimited. We do charge a monthly fee per user.

Is my data safe?

All your data is backed up daily. They will not be sold or used for any other purpose than this platform.

Can I add extra items to a booking?

The system is flexible and allows you to add any item to a booking. From museum tickets to umbrella's, the system wil automatically calculate the right price.

Do guides have their own portal

Yes, guides can login with their mobile phone, see their assignments, accept or decline an assignment, communicate their availability, keep track of teir payments, see group sizes, meeting points etc...

How does online bookings work?

That depends on the tour configuration:

Event tour:
If you have a payment gateway, clients can pay immediateyl online.


Guided group tour:
The administrator will get a notification? After checking some parameters such as group size, guide planning etc., he can send out a payment request.


Individual tour:
Depending on the type of tour, you can ask for immediate payment or payment afterwards.


The administrator gets an overview of all online bookings.

How can I receive payments from bookings?

You can configure a payment type for each tour. This can be via wire transfer, cash or using a payment gateway. Note that a payment gateway will include a payment fee. Currently, we can connect with mollie .
